Affiliate Agreement

This agreement is designed for you and to protect GridFunnels and our clients.
Affiliate Registration
To register as an affiliate, you must complete a form here:

We review and moderate all affiliate registrations and appreciate your accurate and honest information. Please note that the review process may take a few days – we know you’re eager to join our affiliate team and appreciate your patience!
If you’re approved, great! You will be given a unique referral ID to promote GridFunnels through referral links. Check your private affiliate area for information on visits and referrals, ads, graphics, and more!
Commissions and Payments
You will earn a commission when a client subscribes using your referral link. Here’s the breakdown of earnings based on each subscription level we sell:
- The Expert monthly plan is sold for $97 – you earn $9.6 per client (for your first 5 referrals), minus tax obligations (income tax) according to current legislation depending on the country.
- The Expert monthly plan is sold for $97 – you earn $19.4 per client (from 10 referrals), minus tax obligations (income tax) according to current legislation depending on the country.
- The Expert monthly plan is sold for $97 – you earn $29.1 per client (from 20 referrals), minus tax obligations (income tax) according to current legislation depending on the country.
- The Expert monthly plan is sold for $97 – you earn $38.8 per client (from 50 referrals), minus tax obligations (income tax) according to current legislation depending on the country.
- The Expert monthly plan is sold for $97 – you earn $48.5 per client (from 100 referrals), minus tax obligations (income tax) according to current legislation depending on the country.
Affiliate commissions are paid in USD/EUR directly to your bank account or debit card on the 25th of each month for the previous month’s commissions that equal or exceed $100. This ensures you receive a decent amount of cash when payments come through. And there’s no maximum payout balance, so you can refer clients without limits!
To receive a payment for your referrals, you must register your bank account or debit card with our payment service.
At the time of payment, Temponet Solutions SRL will withhold all tax obligations at source according to current legislation (income tax or any other legally mandated tax deductions).
Details of our program
- You will receive a 10% to 50% commission from sales for each new customer.
- Minimum payment balance of $100 with no maximum payment (paid in RON)
- Commissions will be paid on the 25th of each month for the previous month for commissions equal to or exceeding $100.
- Recommendations will be paid to your bank account or debit card
- Recommendations cannot be generated for personal purchases (this includes using another email address).
Reference Cookie Lifetime
When a potential client clicks on your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser to track your recommendation. The cookie is then stored for 30 days to give referred clients time to decide if they want to buy GridFunnels or ask any pre-sale questions they might have.
A commission will not be granted if:
- The client uses a different browser to purchase than the one initially used to visit our site (because the cookie does not exist in that browser)
- The client purchases after 30 days (because the cookie will have expired)
Refunded Purchases
We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions for any reason. Commission rejection may occur for the following reasons:
- The sale on which the recommendation was based was refunded
- The method by which the recommendation was generated violated our promotional policies (see below) or violated the affiliate terms and conditions.
News and Updates for Affiliates
By becoming an affiliate, you agree to receive emails from GridFunnels. These emails will be sent only to affiliates, ad-hoc, and may include important information regarding the GridFunnels affiliate program. These emails will also provide news and updates relevant to helping you effectively promote GridFunnels. As an affiliate, you may have access to embargoed or time-sensitive information from these emails (this information can only be promoted after the embargo is lifted). And we will never send you spam – we promise!
Rejection of Affiliate Application
We reserve the right to reject affiliate applications for any reason. We also reserve the right to choose whether to provide an explanation or reason for rejecting the affiliate application. Below are just a few reasons why an application may be rejected (this is not an exhaustive list):
- Applications for affiliation from websites that sell, advertise, or engage in pornography, phishing fraud, spam, illegal commercial practices, or include any material that violates national or international copyrights will be rejected.
- Applications for affiliation from websites we do not believe are aligned with our industry or business may be rejected.
- If you apply to become an affiliate and have not purchased a subscription, your application may be rejected.
- If you apply to become an affiliate and less than 30 days have passed since you purchased a license, your application may be rejected.
- Applicants with websites that resell any of our products will be rejected.
- Websites considered inappropriate by GridFunnels will be rejected.
Inappropriate Websites
The following types of sites are not permitted to become affiliates: adult sites, sites displaying adult materials or banners, sites promoting violence, hatred, or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activities, including (but not limited to) hacking, cracking, nulled, and warez sites. Affiliate applications for inappropriate websites will be rejected, and we reserve the right to choose whether to provide a reason for rejection.
Questions About Your Application
When you apply to become an affiliate, we may email you at the email address you provided with a few questions about your application. This may be because:
- We did not understand something in your application, or
- We would like to know more about how you will promote GridFunnels and need a few more details.
If we contact you and do not receive a response within 7 days, your application may be rejected. If your initial application is rejected, you are welcome to apply again to become an affiliate and provide us with more details for reconsideration.
Inactive Affiliate Accounts
Please don’t leave us! We encourage all our affiliates to actively promote GridFunnels to continue earning commissions. If we can help you come up with ideas about how to promote GridFunnels, please let us know – we are here for you! An affiliate account is considered inactive if no visits have been generated after 6 months. An inactive affiliate account will be temporarily deactivated if no visits have been generated after 6 months. But we don’t even want to think about that right now, do we?! Let’s work together to help you start earning money!
Permitted Promotion Methods
How you promote GridFunnels reflects the commission you earn! We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value to GridFunnels and bring us legitimate and loyal customers. We like it when our affiliate team writes blog articles about affiliate marketing and mentions GridFunnels.
Here are some examples of extraordinary promotional methods to earn more commissions:
- Tell customers or friends about GridFunnels and provide them with your affiliate referral link
- Write a review or blog post about affiliate marketing or GridFunnels and send readers to our site with your referral link
- Reach a wide audience with your social network accounts. Tweet about us on Twitter with your affiliate referral link, post about us on Facebook with your affiliate link, or tell your LinkedIn community about affiliate marketing with your affiliate link. Non-spammy promotion is an excellent way to get more referrals!
- Provide value to others by answering related questions on other sites with useful answers and using the referral link in your responses
Prohibited Promotional Methods
We love and fully support our product and are very careful about how it is promoted, so we want affiliates who 100% support us! The prohibited promotional methods listed below are not meant to scare you – they are here to protect you, us, and our customers from any strange or fraudulent activity, which we take quite seriously. We know you’ll understand. 🙂 But here they are in writing just in case you’re not completely sure what is and isn’t allowed.
- It is not possible to promote GridFunnels on coupon sites
- Customers looking for a coupon are already in the market for GridFunnels, so this method adds no value to GridFunnels.
- Paid advertising using your affiliate link is prohibited
- Buying ads through services like Google AdWords, social ads, or ad retargeting using our brand keywords and your affiliate link will lead to affiliate account deactivation.
- Promoting incorrect or misleading information
- Any promotional activity that distributes incorrect or misleading information will lead to affiliate account deactivation. These include false information intended to attract potential customers. If you are unsure of the correct information or details for promoting GridFunnels, please contact us.
- Any type of spam is prohibited
- Links, advertisements, emails, comments… any type of spam. Please respect the posting rules of any third-party websites you use to promote GridFunnels.
P.S. This is not an exhaustive list of spam methods; if we decide your activity is spam, it is spam.

- We are flattered, but please do not claim to be professionally associated with GridFunnels
- Affiliates are not employees of Temponet Solutions SRL and do not have employee rights.
- Claiming to be GridFunnels is prohibited
- Cloning our site, copying our site, using our site assets are copyright protected, and claiming that a site you created is an official GridFunnels site is unethical and prohibited (this includes using services that automatically clone websites or place them in iframe).
- Again, false promotion to customers suggesting that you are supported or act on behalf of GridFunnels is strictly prohibited.
If you are unsure or worried that an activity you are about to continue may be considered prohibited, please ask us. 🙂
Consequences of Inappropriate Promotional Methods
If your promotional methods do not comply with these terms, your recommendations may be rejected and your affiliate account may be deactivated. We reserve the right to do this and may or may not notify you if this occurs. Please use permitted promotional methods and help us help you succeed as an affiliate!

Important Things
By accepting these terms and conditions, you provide your consent to comply with them. By registering and being approved as an affiliate in our affiliate program, you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before being accepted and paid subsequently.
The affiliate relationship does not represent a professional or formal agreement, and as an affiliate, you are not an employee of Temponet Solutions SRL. You agree that this is not a legally binding relationship and, consequently, it is not possible to take legal action against Temponet Solutions SRL. These affiliate terms and conditions may be modified without notice.
Personal Data
The GridFunnels platform is not and cannot be held responsible for how you process personal data in your activity of promoting and recommending GridFunnels. Being fully responsible for compliance with legal provisions regarding personal data protection, you are directly responsible for any breach and damage caused to GridFunnels or third parties, so please act responsibly in this regard.
